Workshops & the CEC Program
Workshops are an ideal way to upgrade your skills, learn new programming and techniques and get informed on the latest industry developments. Workshops come in 2, 3, 4 or 6 hour formats and range from topics related to Matwork (including light equipment and props) to a full range of essential to intermediate workshops on all large pieces of equipment. We also offer workshops related to special topics in anatomy, sport-specific programs and special populations workshops such as pre and post natal. Most of our workshops are open to anyone and have no prerequisites. Speak to the studio director for specific questions.
STOTT PILATES has established a Continuing Education Credit (CEC) program to help instructors stay up to date, and to offer fitness professionals an opportunity to learn more about the STOTT PILATES method.
Staying current not only keeps you certified, it maintains the credibility of STOTT PILATES certification and helps you be the best instructor you can be. By helping us maintain our high standards, you are reinforcing your own good reputation.
